Endurance Training for individual sports 

I offer online training for endurance individual sports like running, swimming, cycling , triathlon....

All levels are welcome , from pro level athletes to beginners.

Plans are absolutely individual and adjusted to personal circumstances (time for training , etc) and goals of the athletes.

Strength and Fitness 

I also offer plans to develop overall strength/fitness  or specific to sports (tennis, golf, team sports , etc) .

Weight loss programs with nutritional advice .


Weekly Plan
Flexibility (due to circumstances as illness , travel, injuries).
Regular testing to check progress.
Daily access to coach via email or phone message.
Weekly phone call.
Nutritional advice .
Gear advice.
Race preparation and strategy.
Possibility of video analysis to check technique.
